New Year Resolutions

Here are some interesting statistics:

Only 10% of the population has defined goals. And only 7 out of 10 of those with well-defined goals reach these goals 50% of the time.

A staggering 92% of people who make New Year Resolutions fail to keep them.

Of the millions who try to stop smoking every year without medication, only 5% succeed in quitting.

More than 80% of people who have lost weight fail to keep it off long term.

The problem isn’t your knowledge of “what” to do neither is it “how” to do a task. Most often, it is uncovering a “why” that is strong enough to tip the scales in favour of what your truly desire.

To get what you want this year, you may need a coach. One who will hold you responsible and accountable to your goals. When your dreams are too big to fail, that’s when you need a coach. When you need an advisor whose sole purpose is your success, it makes it so much easier to succeed.

So call me if you’re interested on a one-on-one coaching service for reaching your personal and professional goals.
