Get this, your client’s need and the way and manner they want those needs fulfilled will vary from one person to the next. Much like every woman has a different way she want to be loved. What your wife wants will differ from what mine desires. Same with clients!
So make zero assumptions and listen first. Then be flexible to accommodate individual nuances and quirks.
This means shelving your own ego, putting your expertise aside and just being open to hearing what’s being said and who is in front of you.
