Several psychologists and neuroscientists agree that most people use just 10% of their brain capacity in their lifetime.
The truth is, God’s gift to you is more talent and ability than you will ever possibly put to use in just one lifetime. Your gift to God is to develop and utilize these talents and abilities as you can in this one lifetime which you have been given. Life indeed is nothing but a partnership between man and God.
God wants you to succeed immensely regardless of what season you may find yourself in. Success has been defined as nothing more than the progressive realization of a worthy ideal.
You define what is your worthy goal and pursue it with all the determination and energy you can muster. If you want to be an actor, fine, that’s your worthy ideal. Want to become a doctor/lawyer/footballer/farmer? That’s your cup of tea too.
Just stay focused on your vision. When you lose focus on what you’re hoping for and start looking back on the past, pointing fingers, blaming each other or trying out several other alternative vocations just to make ends meet or discover some “short-cut” it’s always recipe for unhappiness, let-down and confusion.
Today is tough. Tomorrow may be rough. But never give up on hope. It’s only for a season, and seasons don’t last forever. Remember that.
Be your best always!
